Weekend In Lake George....

This past weekend was spent at my sister-in-law's house in Lake George. Jennie and the kids drove up Friday morning and since I unfortunately had to work late Friday night, I drove up by myself early Saturday morning. I missed out on the big Thomas The Train ride, but I got to hear about it from the kids and saw pictures. Sunday we took the kids to the Magic Forest amusement park. As you can see from the website, it's a non-hightech park made up of a collection of random rides, displays, sculptures, and animals. The kids had a blast and Nicky and TJ found their new favorite ride: the Tilt-A-Whirl. Neither of them wanted to get off. They must have gone on 4 or 5 times each.

After the amusement park we headed over to the outlets, which is always a big hit. The rest of the time was spent hanging out at the house playing, both indoors and outdoors. The kids really enjoyed hanging out at the house and playing with their cousins.

Punk Kid...

Last night after getting ready for bed, Thomas was in our bedroom talking to Jennie and I. I told him it was time for bed and turned off the lights (light switch next to the door). In the ensuing darkness we bumped into each other. Thomas' response:

"Hey. Watch where you're walking buttmunch!"
