Looks like my friend Joe, who lives in Washington D.C. might soon be developing ovaries and producing eggs. He'll be able to reproduce on his own!

Ok, that's not really going to happen, but male fish have been found in the Potomac (source of drinking water for D.C.) that have produced eggs.

Better start hoarding bottled water Joe.
